This is the current status of the planning with a basement. If the basement were omitted, the music/hobby-sports area could certainly be realized in the guest room on the upper floor. But just to integrate the technical/laundry room, bigger redesigns would probably be necessary. Well, for the washing machine I could sacrifice the sauna in the bathroom. Sorry, but I have no understanding for such trains of thought and arguments, as well as for that. In my eyes, the draft is a failure and therefore should not be built.

You are showing and discussing the draft here, even if in the sense of "after the fact" that you no longer want to change it based on the discussion and therefore also "not discuss" it. But you can see it here, in all the glory of its laundry balcony, and can imagine how the house and garage do not fit together at the passage after adjustments of the heights compared to the draft.

I'll let the first shot pass as it is. My favorite comment about it was that at least no one will steal our laundry. But for the garage, in my opinion, we have now found a really good solution. More on that in the next update (which will only come once the shell construction is standing).
