I don’t understand that, is also discussing a draft by the same architect here (as well). But it would be important. First to registration, then into the treatment room. Follow-up treatments, "private patients" (club members) and registrations from the ambulance are prioritized. Usual practice operation, basically. Neither do I (and the 11ant basement rule). By the way, outdoor facilities and lawnmower, good keyword: I miss signs of life from (and it has also become quiet here regarding other dream house builders).

You misunderstood something. That was already the final draft. A publication on the internet (private was of course okay) was not possible for us (at least we did not ask either).

You are showing and discussing the draft here, even if in the sense of "afterwards," meaning that you no longer want to change it from the discussion and therefore also "do not discuss it." But you can see it here, in all the glory of its laundry balcony, and can imagine the mismatch between house and garage at the passage after adjustments of the heights compared to the draft.

Greetings back, I work there! That’s why we planned a laundry chute. At least that saves the trips downstairs. We already have pretty good storage options in the hallway and kitchen for things used regularly in daily life. I’m almost convinced :) Initially, we wanted a 1.5-story house with a gable roof. The architect then recommended two full floors, as the upper floor would be more flexibly usable. We find the usual square townhouse villas with flat hipped roofs rather aesthetically frightening and therefore suggested a more rectangular shape as well as bay windows and a steeper roof, with which we are quite satisfied with the exterior look as of today. But it works quite well! Thanks for your suggestions. A redesign should still be feasible at this stage. It was to be expected that in the end we would pay a bit of tuition money on the project.

That referred to the preliminary drafts. We were explicitly asked not to share these further. I will gladly post the final planning. Nothing is set in stone or wood yet! There is no prioritization of "club members" with me. Maybe that's why I don't have that many of them :)
