Does the planner want to conceal the missing symmetry of the house front with a cheap trick of the suggested tree? I would like to see the frontal house view without this tree, which is missing in the bird's-eye view, by the way. Otherwise, I notice a missing 20cm length of a comfortable sauna, and to me, there are too many sliding doors that are too uncomfortable in the living area. The hallway with 15sqm equally large on the upper floor and even in the basement obviously costs a lot of money, which hopefully will not be missing elsewhere in important areas of the interior. Likewise, the roof shape, square floor plan for the so-called city villa, etc., are all money/space eaters, as well as brickwork. As I said, my concern would always be that I cannot make the interior really nice due to lack of budget. I find the basement figure optimistic; reality often shows that it ends up being more expensive, but ultimately you will each have your reasons for it.
