Hello, first of all thank you very much for the answers. I will first replace the window glass with soundproof glass. I hope that will at least help a bit.
And whether I will then have something done on the facade or double the interior wall, I don’t know yet. If anyone has an idea about that, feel free to get in touch.

He doesn't need an expert opinion or anything else for that... only when he then finds out that it is louder than normal for him CAN he report something somewhere. But maybe he will also find out that everything he hears is normal.
