Hello Lenschke

that was not bashing against all prefabricated houses. Certainly not against solid wood houses. A good friend of mine builds these houses. Great. But not for me.
I am only saying something against those cheaply cobbled-together prefabricated houses, through whose walls you can get in with a mason's hammer in 5 minutes. The saying "buy cheap, buy twice" is appropriate here. But to then buy a "reasonable house," there is usually no money left.

That has nothing to do with having money or not. Well, if it were cheap, but it isn’t! I agree with you, for me a house should be built with masonry inside and out. But everyone should do as they please. I haven’t given it a single thought.

But what do we advise the OP now? Are there also sound insulation certificates for single-family houses?

Soundproofing needs to be planned; how much of it you get is ultimately a question of cost. It only has limited relevance to the Energy Saving Ordinance. Timber frame houses are not automatically inferior to solid constructions.

The one stated in #2. However, not with the 2018 version of the 4109, but with the version valid at the time of contract signing/construction.

I would rather be interested in whether this is generally normal with the described setup because then he can save himself the whole thing
