yes, it's no problem, but rather expensive. However, it brings a lot. A second layer of plaster doesn't bring anything. I would rather make a partition wall inside. That brings a lot in drywall construction.

I think so, but better would be insulation and then drywall for appearance. However, you will probably have to invest about 10 cm per wall for that.

Nevertheless, I would like to inquire again whether there are special facade plasters that also contribute to sound insulation. Does anyone have experience with that?

By whom was the building acquired? Just because it is [BJ 2017] does not automatically mean that there is still a warranty (e.g., in the case of a used property when purchased from a private seller)...
