Saunas and solariums are OK. It is totally arbitrary. Outdoor pools are usually not heated privately in winter anyway. With the costs, everyone will turn off the heating anyway. The current proposal also concerns heat pumps for pools and, if you take a closer look, also collectors. It is pure Red/Green symbolic politics. Savings are marginal….
