Make sure that your underfloor heating is designed so that a switch from district heating to heat pump is possible and makes sense. In general, district heating supply with PEF of 0 is a great option. It saves you a lot of space and you have absolutely no stress. How do you come to the cost difference? (Assumed consumption and annual performance factor of the heat pump?) What is the cost breakdown between basic price and price per kWh? With a high basic price, solar thermal can make sense, but nowadays, especially in the supply of new development areas, the trend is to invest more in the basic price. Maybe you can name the operator. With price developments, of course, it is difficult. Regardless of whether gas or electricity: the supplier will never be hit as hard as a private person. Other issues are, of course, CO2 tax, etc. Basically, I would say that the investment in a heat pump (including reinvestment and maintenance) is rather not worthwhile.
