With all due respect, but what you casually present here as "facts" is the brochure of a lobby association that represents, among others, the majority of the German local and district heating providers. Have you even looked at the PDF in detail? For example, they calculate with a 380€/a basic price for district heating and financing costs of 3% for alternatives... and subsidies apparently are not taken into account either.
You are certainly right insofar as not all details of your specific case are known here. But only you can provide those. All I claim is that the costs you assumed for an air-to-water heat pump are too high and the service life of the system is set too low. That distorts the calculation enormously in favor of district heating.
Otherwise, I am not "massively against district heating," on the contrary, it is an ecologically sensible thing. I just had the impression that you lacked information for a reflective decision. You can take that with you, or accuse me of some sinister motives—doesn't bother me.
