I can only agree with my predecessors. There are people who build similarly large living spaces without a basement for significantly more money and then have upscale standards but no luxury. ;)

I can only agree with that. The total price does not seem really unrealistic to me.

Hello everyone and thank you very much for the lively discussion. I just noticed that one page of the calculation is missing.

Let's see if I still have all the questions in my head.
OG:
We currently have no children, but two are planned. The second dressing room (smaller) will probably not be implemented. We are still considering what to do with the room. In my opinion, the master bedroom is somewhat oversized.

EG:
The bedroom is intended to be used initially as a work and guest room and later (when we can no longer manage the stairs) as a senior bedroom. According to the architect, the bathroom is large enough to be designed barrier-free. I find the wardrobe almost too big; my better half finds it too small. He has not yet drawn in the chimney flue. We still want to consider whether a stainless steel flue on the facade would be an option for us.

UG: The bathroom here is optional. In the basement, there will be a storage/junk and laundry room alongside the technical room. However, the laundry room and technical room will be combined in one.

My question is: how plausible are the calculations, but this was also answered. In the heating section, I apparently overlooked the sanitary fixtures and the double scaffolding is a mistake.

The architect's fee seems too low to me according to HOAI in the cost calculation. Which LPs are included there?

That was negotiated like that with him ;). The architect is a family friend.
