Planning of the technical room (distance between devices)

We also have the dryer standing directly in front of the heating system. If we really need to get to it, the dryer just has to be moved. The washing machine and dryer stand right next to each other. The fuse box is a short distance next to the heating system, no problem.

We have allocated enough space for each device and marked it with chalk lines in the shell construction. Not that anyone thinks the wall is only for their trade. And have spoken with everyone about it before starting. That is why the refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, descaling and sink have also found their place.

Just upload a floor plan.....including windows etc. and measurements. At our place it is probably about 7.5 sqm. But it works, you just have to be careful.

:D I just have to think of our installer, who also interpreted the 20 sqm technical room as a ballroom for his heating system and I know what you mean.

Here is the technical room including the necessary devices as well as a washing machine. To me, the devices seem very spread out / with large distances between them. In my opinion, more space could be saved here if everything was pushed a bit closer together. Then a bit more than just a washing machine would fit. But the architect said that the devices have to remain spread out so that you can access everything everywhere (red, dashed boxes).

Our building services planner had recommended not to keep it too tight, as you never know what you might retrofit, add, or replace later. Devices tend to become smaller, but more components will be attached here and technical equipment added there. If the new buffer tank is then 20 cm wider but 10 cm narrower, you might, in the worst case, have to move half of the equipment.
