Then take a look around at the prices being asked for the desired house size in average equipment. The further your personal budget exceeds this, the more you can also surpass the applicable standard (Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 = practically ex Kfw 70). The more you want to be a pioneer (low energy, zero energy, plus energy), the more, several, even more than average it will cost.

Specialists for "particularly energy-saving" charge even more surcharge than the general contractors mentioned as specialists for "everything from one source."

Google "magic triangle": Your wishes are achievable, but not all at the same time: the provider should be independent, you would have preferred to name a "company," but it should not be a general contractor. Independent planners do exist, but then they are not also the builder. Talkers are around every corner - especially numerous among self-proclaimed specialists - but after two filter stages ("hic Rhodos, hic salta" and "but please affordable" - regardless of the order/prioritization in which you apply these filters) they are an empty set.

I can only agree with several previous speakers: name horse and rider (= wish - in the sense of defining what this "special energy saving" should be - and wallet) by name, otherwise the question remains a bubble cloud and every answer can only be a disappointment.

At least most here probably already have a heat pump. What solar is supposed to add in this constellation...? Uh sorry, I forgot. You don't want to define your decision any further anyway, so whether KFW 70 is enough or if a better target should probably also not be specified...

Passive house or Kfw40? The investment costs more than the savings compared to Kfw55... but even the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 is energy-saving. Really energy-saving.

Are you coming from the regulars’ table?

An architect also has companies he gets along with and those he doesn’t.

Then go to an energy consultant.

Which one? None was mentioned! And don’t shout here.

You’re talking about a truly economical house and about solar?

Maybe you should first familiarize yourself with this forum, read up on some basic knowledge (wherever) and then ask your question in the appropriate subforum. Because: we’ve had the Energy Saving Ordinance for about a decade or so... the term from the turn of the millennium "energy-saving house" is already outdated... so the question about an energy-saving house is kind of redundant... your question is somehow funny. Unfortunately also really bad that you lost it in #21 like that.

I just took a look at Eukon's homepage - you only want to know something about the company and all other notes don't matter to you.

In my opinion, Eukon is not a particularly exciting company. It's just a KfW/BAFA small business, like thousands of others. No special specialization in particular energy efficiency types - at least I don't see any special experience with passive houses. Energy consultants and TGA planners (although you don't need the latter).

For which energy efficiency are you looking for planners?
The planner must also be professionally compatible with your architect, or collaborate with the general contractor (by the way, a general contractor is just a craftsman who does what you tell him. Just like the shell builder or roofer or electrician. I don't understand your reservations, if the architect plans, the general contractor can also implement the plans).

So many things are wrong with this statement. Or actually, none of it is true.
