Go to a model home park in the mid to high price range and check out the usual suspects. Kampa, Viebrockhaus, Elbe-Haus. these are usually kfw40+ houses. you can have them tell you straight to your face what this model home would cost.

kfw40+ is already pretty much at the maximum, passive or plus houses, at some point it all becomes fluid and eventually only depends on habits.

keep in mind, this gets very, very expensive very fast. three years ago, we were quoted a price of 750,000 for the model home in Werder, excluding additional costs and land.

what kind of villa was that with what luxury features? We did not come anywhere near 750,000 + additional costs + land

With the right framework conditions, someone will certainly also name the same amount for an Energieeinsparverordnung minimum standard house. The number alone says little.

It rather depends on the basis on which it is defined: Energieeinsparverordnung, phpp, balance sheet, etc... Otherwise, anything can be anything. On balance, we have a plus-energy house, that's how I would sell it, according to Energieeinsparverordnung it is kfw55, phpp scores x points, some are not met, etc...

KAMPA + show home + Werder + Google = pictures I just wanted to express that something like that can easily become expensive

Kampa had different prices in WÜ. Significantly lower. I think the representative explained to us that they can offer us kitchen and built-in furniture. The TE did not define particularly energy-efficient and later brought up heat pump and solar. It will probably end up as an energy saving ordinance or KFW 55.
