We don't want GU. And they just rip you off. We'd rather take someone independent.

And they don’t want your money?
There are all kinds of people everywhere

Of course they want money, but they want to be independent. It’s like with a financial advisor: What does the friendly gentleman from Deutsche Bank recommend? Deutsche Bank investments. And the one from the Commerzbank? And with insurance? What does your Allianz advisor recommend? We want someone knowledgeable and competent who tells us what is best.

Energy is saved by avoiding new construction. And if you do build new, then not 200sqm but only as much as is really necessary.

Choose an architect who has experience with Passive Houses (PHPP).

Can only someone who has understood my initial question please respond here? I don't want to discuss our chosen course of action endlessly. We want to build new, energy-efficient, and because we ourselves have no idea, with an experienced energy consultant by our side. That can't be so absurd, can it?
