You can tell you have no idea, no offense intended. Energy-efficient construction is so diverse that it needs to be specified more precisely. Energy saving does not mean insulating yourself to death with insulation.

Experienced passive house architects and general contractors have finished, functioning concepts that the craftsmen they work with can implement and know. Nothing is more ineffective than incorrectly designed, installed, and adjusted technology. A lot of complicated technology is not needed. Unless, no matter the cost, the last 2 percent are to be exhausted.
