It is not a good idea to have the guests open the door inward. If someone faints (unconsciousness, etc.), no one can open the door from the outside anymore. In my country, the doors open inward, but for the aforementioned reason, the hinges are different and the door panel is slightly shortened.

Well, I don't know, it's not supposed to be a sanatorium. I am now 50 and have never seen anyone collapse in my entire life. That this suddenly happens in my guest bathroom and then of all places so that the door no longer opens, which is probably locked anyway, the probability of that is estimated at 0.point00something.

If you are going to develop the summit so elaborately and permanently, it would be nice to know the plan for it. Is there also a floor plan for this?

Katja, then find out what very often happens during a heart attack before it occurs and why. There are also people who live older than you and have various health problems.

and I have never thought about that before. But in my case, both toilets open outwards. The door can be unlocked from the outside with any coin.

This applies to small and tiny guest toilets where, if the sick person collapses to the floor, they block the door in such a way that you cannot push them away by trying to open the door because the room does not allow it.
I don’t see this problem in this room. With good pressure against the door, one can push someone away.
However…

… I do not really see the traffic area endangered here, since this area is not frequented constantly.
Therefore, I would leave the door as drawn.
If you calculate the width of the bathroom with shower, however, you come across the serious error that the toilet and washbasin will not work on this meter or 1.10 m. For the toilet, I would provide at least 70 cm, a 50 cm washbasin, 30 cm action width on the right, the left side can be neglected. So about 50 cm are missing to use the bathroom comfortably. Or you have to snuggle your elbow at the wall on the left or right.
