It is not a good idea to have the guest toilet door open inward. If someone collapses (fainting, etc.), no one can open the door from the outside anymore.
This applies to small and tiny guest toilets where, if the sick person collapses to the floor, they block the door in such a way that you cannot push them away by trying to open the door because the room does not allow it.
I don’t see this problem in this room. With good pressure against the door, one can push someone away.
However…
The door to the guest WC opens into the traffic area in front of the office. Occasionally, someone might get hit by a door there. I see no necessity to have the door open into the corridor.
… I do not really see the traffic area endangered here, since this area is not frequented constantly.
Therefore, I would leave the door as drawn.
If you calculate the width of the bathroom with shower, however, you come across the serious error that the toilet and washbasin will not work on this meter or 1.10 m. For the toilet, I would provide at least 70 cm, a 50 cm washbasin, 30 cm action width on the right, the left side can be neglected. So about 50 cm are missing to use the bathroom comfortably. Or you have to snuggle your elbow at the wall on the left or right.
