yield 32843 kWh * 0.165 Euro = 5419€

Taxes = (result - depreciation - expenses etc.) * 0.35 -> (5419 - 2500 - 270) * 0.35 -> 5419 - 927 - 270 = 4222

Yield after taxes 4222€ without the self-consumption of another approx. 800€

Altogether I come to about 5,000€.

And even if it takes 2 years longer, it is still a profitable business.

I have now taken the trouble to dig out the billing statement from my provider again. I received a refund of €6349.38 gross for 2015. That means I received €5335 for 2015. I will now waive the €80 discrepancy in my above calculation....

Oh, and regarding the warranty, I have a 15-year warranty on my inverters, I agreed on that when I bought them back then and it is included in the purchase price. They are SMA, I think they won’t go bankrupt in the next few years....

well - and are basing their calculations on completely different values:

28,500 vs. 32,843 kWh
0.1231 EUR/kWh vs. 0.165 EUR/kWh
This alone already explains the difference in the calculations.
I guess Tom installed the system sometime between 2012 and 2013 with this feed-in tariff.

However, : How can a 30 kWp system produce 32,800 kWh/year?
30 kWp means under the best circumstances 30 x 1,000 kWh per year. Or am I mistaken?
