With Kfw 70, however, I do not get the interest rate of 0.75% but a higher one. And €5,000 for [Gutachter] is also not correct; in my case, it amounts to €800 for a [Gutachter].

As always, with the energy topic, "does not pay off" comes from all sides. How do the more expensive tiles pay off? How does a fireplace pay off? How does building a single-family house pay off at all?

Nobody wants to talk you out of your PH... we are planning a brine-water heat pump... it doesn’t really pay off either. There are also calculations where controlled residential ventilation is not worthwhile, etc. Building a house isn’t always about the ROI, but also about other factors.
