Yes, as you write, it is a snapshot of a day that just absolutely frustrated me. I think that's normal from time to time. We have been thinking about this topic for already 3 years, and at some point, you really want to make progress (why and which steps we took in those three years is another matter). I would be very happy about your email. Unfortunately, I can't send you a private message yet. The system says I am too new :-( Perhaps you would like to write to me? I would be very happy!

Unfortunately also for receiving. You could meet up with me, in the blue CatContent portal that should not be named here I have a group 11ant Hausbau. Great that you already thought of starting a new thread yourself, because here the questionnaire and the plot are so far away from post #1: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/Grundriss-efh-1-5-geschosse-ca-160m-neben-bestandshaus-eltern.35904/

I'll tell you how we did it. - as a first step, we found a project on the internet that served as a basis. - then contacted several developers to arrange appointments - at the appointments, we listened to many proposals and implemented some. - now we have received two offers. One included a floor plan that we discussed on site. The developer had his architects create the drawing. The second was based on our rough planning. We liked the floor plan very much. - with the developer's floor plan, we are now visiting other developers, having discussions and making comparisons. It probably isn't the perfect process, but at least it's ours.

Great, thanks for offering that to us. Do you mean "Facedbook" with your description? I'm not there yet. I'll now test whether I can forward the content of my sample email to the construction companies to Alverde via conversations. I hope that is allowed, as I have already received two warnings (although, like most "offenders," I am not aware of any guilt).

I just tried it via conversations but don't know if it works. I have started two conversations with you: 1x test, 1x sample email to house-building companies.

I think, if you got a euro every time you were right, you could soon move into an even bigger house with an even bigger plot.
For reasons of female solidarity, however, I forbid citing me with this against your wife, possibly your daughters, your mother, and possibly your sisters.
