If you attached the floor plans and other things not as PDFs but as images, people would be more likely to look at the images. There are quite a lot of downloads that some computers have to handle; on the road with Tapatalk, nothing is possible at all. Just a tip if you want to get more critiques :)

I just looked at everything as well. I think there's nothing to complain about ;). The rooms are really spacious, of course. However, I would skip the bay window ;) .. but that's more a matter of taste, just like a closed kitchen, etc.

What stood out positively is that the doors, etc. are all well placed, so the rooms can be furnished easily.

All you can do is keep your fingers crossed that all trades work well, happily, and hand in hand.

The rooms still have too many corners and niches, which primarily costs money and makes furnishing difficult. Likewise, the doors in many rooms are positioned so unfavorably that it will be difficult to properly accommodate cupboards.

I also find the laundry room in the furthest basement extremely inconvenient - I would want the appliances in the ironing room, elevated on a base about 50-55 cm high, where detergent etc. can be stored.

Hello,
a few words from me about the floor plan as well:

[*]For the style, you wrote "clear lines" at the top. Honestly, I can't see that. Many corners, etc.
[*]I would also leave out the bay window.
[*]The doors somehow look narrow. I would have it checked again to make sure the planner really planned 86 cm doors.
[*]If you don't plan a guest room on the ground floor, I would also leave out the shower in the guest bathroom. Better to have a slightly larger storage room or bigger wardrobe.
[*]Where is the TV supposed to go in the living room?
[*]In the basement, I don't understand the division of the hallway. This only results in an unnecessary second door in the guest room and a strange partition wall to narrow the hallway to the laundry room. There are certainly more elegant solutions without so many corners and doors.

I hope this helps you further.

... the house is so big, you don’t have to plan every last corner. ;)

However, it’s true, I had also thought about at least installing a washing machine connection in the upstairs bathroom. But if the "Sonstiges" room there is going to be the ironing room anyway, then put the washing machine connection there.
