Podest staircase with a good 270 cm .. that will be tight.

I also tried once and now adjusted a bit. In doing so, I also picked up Yvonne's idea of a garage at the top left of the property.

Staircase now as an elongated spiral staircase.

On the ground floor a multipurpose room, which could be used as a bedroom, for example in case of frailty. That enlarges the space on the ground floor, but adds a small balcony above the workroom and reading room on the upper floor.

Kitchen more towards the terrace, living area on the west side. Fireplace in the transition between dining and living.

Maybe just as a collection of ideas.

I would move in there immediately
However, the garage will be very difficult to use. We have arranged the yard and garage like that, but no boundary building at the front, instead 3 meters away from the street, so that you can drive into the garage with the turning radius. Possibly swap with the shed...

thank you very much for the many suggestions! Please excuse me for only getting back to you now, I am currently "somewhat" busy (in the next two months I will be organizing a "spontaneous" wedding, a move, and a job change, in addition to the house, and unfortunately my partner cannot help with that...)
