The couch would rather be against the wall to the office with us and the doors would be free :)

You can make the guest WC a bit smaller. Then you might also be able to put the wardrobe on the wall there. This way, you can make your study a bit bigger and won’t have such a wide hallway.

I would keep the guest toilet that "size," but still add a shower in there. That way, you also have a shower in the guest room.
