I generally quite like the plan. However, I am missing the elevations, site plan, and north arrow. Does "R" mean roller shutter? I would also swap the guest WC with the wardrobe (and only have a wardrobe). This would probably also improve the window situation in the elevation from the right side of the plan. I don’t like that you always have to go through the kitchen to get to the living room (and thus possibly guests).

I noticed that too. Since you are leaving out the door in the "stairwell," I would install a door to the living room there. Possibly a sliding door.

We have also already thought about a laundry chute. I just don’t know how many euros we have to plan for that. It’s really just a luxury, and if we have to save money, something like that will definitely be dropped.

I hadn’t considered the rain on the skylight at all. Thanks for the tip. We will probably now plan a narrow 70 cm door that we can close if needed. According to the architect, a gable is apparently not possible in order to maintain the single-story structure. We actually like the dressing room/bedroom constellation quite well. We would have much more space for cupboards and shelves than we currently do.

The large area in front of the bed will be even less, as we are planning a sideboard there.

You are right, the pantry isn't really a pantry but more of a storage room. Just for vacuum cleaner, mop bucket, and a crate of water, etc. And the space is actually enough for that.

If we swap the bathtub and sink, nothing changes, does it? The bathtub is free on three sides in both variants.
We will make the wall between shower and toilet out of glass starting from the height of the flush tank.

Unfortunately, I don't have a plan with measurements at the moment. But maybe something can still be done.

Move the dressing room entrance: close off the wall on the right and place the entrance on the upper right wall, just behind the bedroom door.

Bathroom: I admit, I am not a fan of this T-variant. It is a trend that you will regret in 5 to 10 years and cannot change.
Anyway - everyone has their personal taste - nevertheless, one should consider whether a bathtub doesn’t also need a spot to relax where you are not "vulnerable" from three sides. Who likes it when someone passes behind their head?
Furthermore, there is definitely a lack of shelf space or seating area next to/in front of the tub.

The T could stay, just move the tub out of the middle and place it opposite the shower (or toilet)... possibly shift the T.
