Walk-in shower, splashing water, do I need a door?

We have an open shower measuring 150 x 120. The narrow side is open, the shower head is on the opposite narrow side. And even the 150 is not enough to prevent splashes in the rest of the bathroom. The side glass panel is also wet all the way to the front, so water would splash out sideways as well.

We have 80 wall and 70cm opening. That works for us. The drain is at the back of the wall. Slight slope at the entrance. It’s probably more a question of how you shower. Without a door, it’s probably colder for the girls. It doesn’t bother me. I think it’s great without a door for cleaning and so on. I shower a lot. What sometimes splashes out, you also occasionally have with wet feet.

If you rotate the Toi and make an L for the shower instead of a T, you will have a longer partition wall in the shower, at least 30cm more. Then you make a 70 cm passage instead of 80, and that could be enough.

Good approach from ... it might be enough to move the installation wall between the shower and the WC 30 cm downwards according to the plan and save the WC pre-wall and also integrate the WC installations into the installation wall.

I think that would work. If I rotate the toilet, the shower can be moved further down. The side with the open wall would then be about 140cm long. What do you think?
