Phew, a disaster for my taste....
- bedroom only accessible through the bathroom
- children's room 2 the bed? ... no
- parents' bathroom: the dead corner behind the "T-solution", what is that?
- office only accessible through the living room
- pantry only reachable through the garage? Or are these open doors?
- the corridor from kitchen to dining area would be a shame for me
- why a third bathroom on the ground floor? I hope a cleaning lady is included in the budget.
- what are those hollow spaces by the stairs? The 42 cm
- slanted doors (children's room/bathroom) always feel like a last resort to me, only disadvantages, apart from the fact that in my opinion it looks crappy.
Thank you for the constructive criticism, that’s exactly how I imagined it
- I’ve already considered planning another door immediately to the left after the entrance, but I don’t find a door bad either
- on the left side of the T I’ve imagined a towel radiator.. and storage space
- the office should possibly later become the master bedroom, hence the access to the bathroom
- the pantry is accessible both through the garage and through the kitchen via a sliding door
- the "corridor" to the dining/living room I imagined so that you can basically see all the way through the house to the garden right from the front door and no dining table is in the way.. the house should look airy (you can see through the house from several spots)
- the 3rd bathroom on the ground floor is also intended to be used as a guest WC or later as a parents’ bathroom
- the 42 cm wide air space is supposed to additionally lighten up the stairs, as the staircase should look like in the picture below
- for the slants upstairs I tried a lot, this seemed to me still an acceptable solution.. if anyone has improvements, always welcome!!
