Is this only contradictory in my head?
You have already built houses yourselves, but you don't understand at all why no one can do anything with your useless 3D view?
Did you also build the last two houses based on 3D views? xD
For someone who has already built two houses, you come across as somewhat unprofessional to me, sorry : )
best regards

Hello everyone the first 3 pictures show the floor plan

Picture 1 Basement
Picture 2 Ground floor
Picture 3 Upper floor

sorry if not all dimensions are according to standards, but I still hope that you can get a good overview here..

Pictures 4 to 10 are from different angles from outside.

hope it can bring some clarity..

Phew, a disaster for my taste....

- to the bedroom only through the bathroom
- children's room 2 the bed? ... no
- master bathroom: the dead corner behind the "T-solution," what is that?
- to the office only through the living room
- the pantry only accessible through the garage? Or are those open doors?
- the hallway from the kitchen to the dining area would already be too much for me
- why a third bathroom on the ground floor? I hope a cleaning lady is included in the budget.
- what are these cavities by the stairs? The 42 cm
- slanted doors (children's room/bathroom) I always consider a makeshift solution, it only has disadvantages, apart from the fact that in my opinion it looks crappy.

Thank you for the constructive criticism, that’s exactly how I imagined it

- I’ve already considered planning another door immediately to the left after the entrance, but I don’t find a door bad either
- on the left side of the T I’ve imagined a towel radiator.. and storage space
- the office should possibly later become the master bedroom, hence the access to the bathroom
- the pantry is accessible both through the garage and through the kitchen via a sliding door
- the "corridor" to the dining/living room I imagined so that you can basically see all the way through the house to the garden right from the front door and no dining table is in the way.. the house should look airy (you can see through the house from several spots)
- the 3rd bathroom on the ground floor is also intended to be used as a guest WC or later as a parents’ bathroom
- the 42 cm wide air space is supposed to additionally lighten up the stairs, as the staircase should look like in the picture below
- for the slants upstairs I tried a lot, this seemed to me still an acceptable solution.. if anyone has improvements, always welcome!!
