Building a house is a process after all; I haven’t come across anyone who walked to the general contractor at zero and signed a contract with their "SIMs 4" floor plan. A lot of time will still pass. Probably like with everyone.

As haydee writes, we’ve already seen some really cool floor plans here, starting at around €2.5 million. Not everyone is as poor as I am :-)

Budget is less of a problem since we are building the house completely by ourselves without a company.. have already built 2 houses alone without a company.. here it is more about the evaluation of the proportions and the design. And why should this be a Sims house??

Respect if you can build a house yourself.

Why "SIMs 4", because the perspective of your model looks like a house-building simulation game.

As a passionate "floor plan debugger" without measurements and proper floor plans, you cannot evaluate anything at all.

You can see for yourself that you are not getting any feedback. And since it’s not because of you (you are polite :)), it can only be because of the documents.

So bring measurements and floor plans and then things will really get going here!
