Burner, don't let yourself get crazy, maybe a plug or an outlet is missing, that can be clarified with the electrician and won't make you go broke. Otherwise, this is a fair offer for a fairly complete house. The heating is a fundamental decision, we have been doing quite well with gas so far, it was 7 thousand cheaper for us. The builder otherwise builds properly, fiber-reinforced screed, good roof tiles, reasonable overhangs, nothing extravagant, but decent standard.

I had already mentioned it in another topic, we have no great demands when it comes to the equipment. We can do without things like an expensive kitchen, electric shutters, KFW 55.... Since we don't have that much time left to pay off the house, we can't make very big leaps either. I know you can get a house with 130-150 sqm for 200000 (even if others in this forum think that's not possible). You just have to make compromises and we are willing to do that. I find it especially helpful when you assist with such a construction service description.

You don't need them, of course, but crank rods are better than straps (tighter, easier to handle, more forgiving when painting). Straps would actually never be installed in a new build for me, even though I don't understand the horror of 30x30 tiles with plastic edging and have occasionally wondered why a utility room actually has to be tiled.

Since we are doing the tiles ourselves, I can already influence quite well which ones are installed! Which ones are used in the end is, as always, a matter of taste. So I don't need tiles in the utility room either, and if I do, they cost 5€ per sqm...

What is supposed to be difficult about handling straps? I find that it goes faster than with turnstiles and of course much faster than electrically. I also specifically wanted to have straps. I have actually never seen any problems with them anywhere. With some turnstiles, you always have to use quite a bit of force to get them to turn...
