:-) Country air and so we are used to, so it’s not a problem at all. On the contrary, it’s nice when it’s no longer right in front of the garden. In the Bavarian Forest, where we live, it’s even more rural anyway, larger cities like Regensburg, Straubing are 30 to 60 minutes away.

With the view, I see it the same way as ypg. You have to feel comfortable, and with effective planting, even an urban plot often becomes rural :) I would clarify beforehand whether a lot of noise is generated by work in the hall... shift work? Living next to a large kitchen. The pots clatter from 4:30 in the morning and the wholesale trade rolls in... Luckily, it’s only a rental...

Because of the hedge height, I would also urgently ask the building authority. You once mentioned that only 1.2 m is allowed! So you would need an exception

yes, the development plan says something about fence height or something like that with 1.20 meters. the other plots in the settlement don’t have any fences at all, but I think that’s also because there is probably no dog in the house... just because of him alone we would already need about 1.50 meters height... if this is definitely not possible, we couldn’t take the plot either.

What kind of jumpy dog do you have? What breed is it and how old?

Best regards
Sabine

He is now 4 years old, a mixed breed from Romania about the size of a German Shepherd. I think in a previous life he was a kangaroo ;-) I just want to fence it in so high because then I can calmly do things in the house and know that he can't escape from the garden...
