I would probably also furnish like DaSch17, but without a fixed L-sofa. In your plan, you can clearly see how much space the L takes up with the square living room table. And it is then not flexibly movable.

I have already suggested it elsewhere: if the TV is not the most important thing to you, it can be placed on a low rolling table. It can then disappear during the day in the corners next to/behind the sofa or plant and is simply brought out when needed. I think this is good for the ambiance of the room when such a black plastic thing does not fill the image. I see with friends how pleasant the concept is. I find a living room without a TV more beautiful.

That was my first thought as well. Turn both sofas 90° to the right against the wall and place the TV on the children's room wall. This creates more space in the now dead space in the top right, where the dining table then has enough room without being in the way. I would then place it with the narrow side facing the terrace (so to speak, vertically in the drawing). This way you have a view outside from all seating positions and everything feels a bit more open.

I am also for Plan C ;) WZ where Kü is now. Just a TV corner. Lounge area over 2 sides and TV on a rollable unit. Sliding element then adapted to the kitchen and dining table. And also think towards the outside: how will the balcony be furnished?

For how many people does the kitchen have to suffice? It’s not even enough for my husband and me o_O

Plan A and B are both very unfortunate. The arrangement with the dining table facing the kitchen just doesn’t work. The sofas and their positioning take away all possibilities.

The suggestion from is heading in a very good direction. This way, you also have sensible walking paths. In Plan A and B, it’s just zigzagging including squeezing through in all directions. Even a €10,000 glass solution wouldn’t change that ;-)

the apartment is planned for a three (or maybe eventually four) person household. As suggested, I have roughly furnished the terrace as well. Since it is 383 cm deep and 1183 cm wide, there is more than enough space regardless of which direction the terrace door will open :)

Option A, meaning that the dining table would be placed in front of the terrace door, has now been ruled out due to the narrow walkways. Currently, we are leaning more towards Option B with a 140x90 cm table centered, slightly to the left:

The alignment of the sliding door could therefore remain as originally planned by the developer.

I have also recreated your Option C:

But my wife and I feel that this doesn’t quite fit the room. Also, we wouldn’t be able to accommodate the furniture planned (see display cabinets outside the room).

Option D with the TV corner is personally very appealing to me. But my wife was strictly against it :D Also, the kitchen ducts are only planned in the corner, so it probably would not be easy to reorganize there. Here’s still how it could look:

Clearly option C. The room feels best this way, reasonably airy. The walking paths are clear. The view from the sofa faces the window front, no sun on the TV. The dining area also benefits from the glass front and remains close to the kitchen. You line up the display cabinets along the wall where the shelf is. Reconsider the sideboard at the hallway door, it just takes up space. Better to take something taller. Check if an L-shaped sofa might actually be more efficient. Option D is too cramped for sitting. If anything, the dining area could go into the niche (ideally remove that short wall here as well, if possible (shaft?)). The roof terrace a bit smaller and instead a few square meters more in the main room would have been nice ;-)
