Hello everyone,
I have a question about the 153 program of the KfW.
Our financing of our KfW 55 house consists of 3 components:
1. Annuity loan, 2. KfW153 and 3. KfW124 (2 and 3 through IBSH)
Now the situation is that we already have the approval for the annuity loan but the written confirmations from the KfW are still missing.
The reason for this is probably the still missing online confirmation for the application (BZA) from the expert of our BU. However, he can only fill out the application once the planning of our house is completed, because he has to make certain calculations for the application.
But this is somehow an unfavorable situation, isn’t it? You have to sign with the BU even though you don’t yet have a written approval from the KfW. You only get this once the calculations are completed, which the BU only makes after you have signed.
Is this a normal procedure? Friends of ours already had the approval from the KfW beforehand. But that is probably because they had a catalogue house where probably all calculations are already available.
