On-site electrical planning tips and warnings

We have a fire pit on all 4 sides of the house, or two at the front door.

We had a underground cable laid to one side of the garden that is currently not in use.
On the carport side, we had cables laid for a sub-distribution as well as a cable for a possible charging point.
Through the sub-distribution in the carport, I can flexibly have more fire pits or sockets installed outside.
Unfortunately, I forgot the LAN cable.

Yep. We forgot that here. There's such a lamp at the door. But with your outdoor lights definitely ask how that works. Or only with a light switch on the door inside.

I would bring a drawing of each room individually on A4/A3 (possibly also a few copies) to the meeting and clearly mark where sockets, etc. should be and clearly name the room. Room by room so that it can be drawn more accurately, remarks from the conversation can be included, etc. Afterwards, both sign, take a copy with the smartphone, and you have practically handed the electrician the "execution plan" right away.

I find motion detectors outside more useful.
