Motion detectors already have a setting option for twilight. Ours at least. They don't turn on during the day if it is too bright.

Dusk switch with motion detector is available from 20€. The electrician should pull the wires - mounting outside is simple and saves a lot of money. The dusk switch with motion detector only needs the appropriate range and "clear view" of the area that is literally "decisive".

It is individual. Ask the electrician. We can't possibly know where you need or want one on the outside.

The logic can be located in the detector itself. It is the simplest.
