Newly built single-family house KfW55 standard - How to heat?

Hello everyone,
I have now read many articles and would also like to draw on the extensive knowledge of the members.
Briefly about my construction project:
- Single-family house with approx. 160 sqm living space
- Not basemented, 2 floors with unfinished attic
- Relatively many window areas and everything kept open with staircase in the living area
- Underfloor heating throughout the house and tiles as floor covering
- KFW 55 standard with timber frame construction
- Wood stove to be installed

Unfortunately, I have little knowledge in this area and rely on the recommendations of others regarding heating.
We have a utility room of 8 sqm on the ground floor where we would like to accommodate all the technology.
A central ventilation system is recommended to us by the builder and we would like to install it.

Now to my question:
There is a gas connection in our building area and an acquaintance said we should definitely heat with a gas boiler. In order to comply with the KfW standard, according to the energy consultant, we still have to install 9 sqm of solar panels on the roof.
A friendly heating engineer says: take a Weishaupt LS 8-BREK air-water heat pump - split, then you can skip the solar issue.
I have had both options quoted by various heating engineers and come out about the same in price.

Since I have also heard many statements here that speak against an air-water heat pump, I would prefer gas.
The basic problem we have, however, is the limited space in the utility room. In addition to the heating technology, the two-flue chimney and ventilation system, the electrical control cabinet, as well as washing machine and dryer are also planned here.
Is there anyone here who had a similar problem?
What would you recommend?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Why? I would definitely avoid gas and go for a heat pump. Instead of solar thermal, install a photovoltaic system.

We will have a similar topic, also with a wood-burning stove, and are still torn back and forth. I had a solar system before and honestly, I no longer believe today that it was really a sensible investment back then. Currently, we are leaning towards a heat pump split system (as recommended but not yet thought through in detail) and will soon deal with photovoltaics; as of now, that makes sense for us. Ultimately, both provide heat and both have advantages and disadvantages; moreover, it’s not just about the calculations. I wouldn’t like to have a token solar system put on the roof without seeing the appropriate purpose behind it. Maybe a heat pump split system would be smaller to install? (but I am a layman in this field). The installation location and noise of the heat pump are a big issue for us, which worries us somewhat.

Have you already taken into account in the price comparison that you might receive a subsidy for the air-to-water heat pump?

How about, for example, a Panasonic monoblock? Then there is no indoor unit.

Don't get involved in that. If a gas connection is available, then there's not much to consider. It is the cheapest and most reliable heating method, also for new buildings.

Ventilation is cool, but you don't need it. It's a comfort thing.

We have [Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe] and ventilation. We are satisfied. But [Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe] is a long way with most heating installers and you have to engage extremely much with the subject yourself. Residual risks remain for you nonetheless, regarding durability and consumption.

However, there are advocates of [Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe] technology here who will now immediately tear me apart...
