, you need thick skin here. If we ever manage to snag a building plot, I assume we’ll be eaten alive. Until then, I have to make do with giving my two cents on others’ plans. Unfortunately, I’m not a floor plan queen who can just whip something up. But there are a few things I want to write:
- For the parents’ bathroom, I would put a small window on the right side of the plan. Otherwise, the toilet is very dark, which I don’t like. Or how high will the walls in front of the shower and toilet be?
- Likewise, the kitchen feels like it has too few windows for such a large room.
- I find 15 sqm for the children’s rooms completely sufficient. For me personally, the total 220 sqm is huge—I think I would have placed the study downstairs and made the house a bit smaller. As someone already said, three shower bathrooms are really a lot. You can basically do without the shower downstairs without losing comfort.
- I would also convert the TV corner into its own room.
