, you need thick skin here. If we ever manage to snag a building plot, I assume we’ll be eaten alive. Until then, I have to make do with giving my two cents on others’ plans. Unfortunately, I’m not a floor plan queen who can just whip something up. But there are a few things I want to write:

- For the parents’ bathroom, I would put a small window on the right side of the plan. Otherwise, the toilet is very dark, which I don’t like. Or how high will the walls in front of the shower and toilet be?
- Likewise, the kitchen feels like it has too few windows for such a large room.
- I find 15 sqm for the children’s rooms completely sufficient. For me personally, the total 220 sqm is huge—I think I would have placed the study downstairs and made the house a bit smaller. As someone already said, three shower bathrooms are really a lot. You can basically do without the shower downstairs without losing comfort.
- I would also convert the TV corner into its own room.

That is a heavy blow of fate and I can well understand that afterwards one’s priorities are different than perhaps some other narrow-minded people here who see the completion of their happiness in life in building a house.
Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about the floor plan either, but I wish you a lot of luck with the design.

No one says that. There are just many people who are astonished at how emotionless one deals with one’s own four walls.

If by that the non-attachment to a property is meant, I find that more admiration than amazement on my part. And aren’t you yourself currently considering a mitigation of your sedentary lifestyle? – in my opinion, that does not necessarily exclude passionately tilting your kitchen unit.

One would think you are one! Whether it is IT, that is not from me
