Hello €uro,

I fear that your reputation here on the forum will suffer permanently if you continue to lash out like that.

We both approach the topic of HBF with completely different expectations. At no point did I assume that I would generate orders based on my contributions here. Accordingly, you will find no acquisition from me. Of course – and this is also true – I do not reject inquiries from the forum; however, I do not push myself. Anyone who wants services from me finds their way to me

Well, then I must be unrealistic.

I primarily registered here to provide practical information for potential builders. With the goal of bringing the shares of truth and fiction in at least some future conversations between builders and sellers to a bearable level. Quite concretely hoping, in future conversations, to make my work easier and, to the same extent, to make the work of the black sheep in our job harder. I was able to experience that this succeeds just last night when I accompanied my partner to his consultation. In front of us sat well-informed people; by no means as clumsy as often happens when a layperson meets a seller. I was honestly glad that they also took information from my posts. But to conclude from that now that the service contract is conveniently in my partner’s pocket or that my (Bauexperte’s) participation in the HBF would boost the service contract is not only grossly negligent but also stupid! It takes more than writing generally understandable posts.

I have always regretted that because it would only be beneficial to the – in my view mistaken – reputation of our industry among the general public.

Rhine greetings

Some have presumably understood them, you apparently not
What else are you? No training whatsoever in any field where you present yourself as an advisor!
Exactly, since they are usually not transferable without comment at all and therefore absolutely not professionally reliable - mostly worthless!

Hello construction expert,
I have absolutely no problem with that! Those who cannot bear the truth should simply ignore it to their own detriment! Those with sense do contact me increasingly. The rest I gladly leave to the anonymous advisers.
Same for me!

Best regards

Hello €uro,

I am increasingly having doubts about that. Because the admin has given you many freedoms so far (your signature/graphics with your advertising), but on the other hand you clearly communicate that you are not interested in enlightening participation in the forum, but exclusively in the profit to be made from your participation here. From my point of view, rightly disappointed users. Overall, in my opinion, this does not correspond particularly well. Taking almost always also requires giving.

This is not about you as a contractor! Although I am convinced that with a little effort on your part, your mailbox would be overflowing.

The purpose of this forum is the "unpaid" exchange of experience – of course within a manageable scope for everyone. I think you could focus a bit more on passing on your professional experience; communicated in a way that the average layperson understands. At the moment, you are more on the offensive and I do not like that at all.

Rhenish greetings

Hi I work in mining and know climate cooling machines in the 1MW class. They are certainly robust. But does that also apply to air heat pumps with a propeller in the garden? My cheap gas condensing boiler from Sieger, which I installed over 10 years ago, has only needed a new sacrificial anode so far. The simple maintenance can also be done by oneself. The roughly same-aged refrigerator received a new thermostat once in that time. I have nothing against heat pumps, maybe I will switch in the long term as well. But certainly not to an air heat pump. The calculation with an optimal annual performance factor barely works out there, and how often does the optimum occur in practice? And the investment costs for other types of heat pumps are often too high during the phase of building a house. And don’t forget, with the heat pump you use the most valuable form of energy, electricity.

Hi for 5000 EUR saved now, I will probably get 2 new gas condensing boilers in 20 to 30 years as replacements for the ones then broken. And whether the 5000 EUR will come back through savings over that time is questionable.

On the contrary. Electrical energy is physically the most valuable; heat as the end product of all efforts is the least valuable. From electrical energy you can easily make many things, such as light, movement, and if necessary, also heat. With heat you can do nothing directly except warm something. To produce other forms of energy from heat, you have to take complicated detours mostly with poor efficiency.

Actually, I hope that in 20-30 years small combined heat and power plants will be so advanced and affordable that private individuals can also use them sensibly in their own homes. About the size of a refrigerator or a usual heating boiler. Let’s see what the future brings.
