Gas or air heat pump experiences?

We also faced the big question of gas heating or air heat pump during the new construction. Even though the annual costs are somewhat higher compared to the costs with an air heat pump, we have been very satisfied with our decision to this day.

The consumption (loss) of energy is, by the way, completely independent of energy generation. Only the investment costs and the costs per kWh of heat are relevant. The latter, of course, depends on consumption.
6000 kWh of heat for a smaller single-family house can be appropriate – so about 40~ € for heating + 5-10 € for hot water. LW heat pumps will be somewhat above or about the same...
With such low consumption, it all depends entirely on the investment costs (to meet the energy saving ordinance).
