No more than what associations specify and what can be found online. Initially, the declaration has nothing to do with taxes. As wrote, it is about the data of the house. - Location of the house with plot area and standard land value - Type of use - Year of construction, year of renovation, year of extension - Areas Depending on the federal state, possibly other information as well.

Ok, you should be able to get these data, I'm curious what will come out for us … my grandmother with her 40-year-old apartment will probably come out a bit worse than I with my new building?!

Once again - nothing will change until 2025. The property tax will be calculated as usual until then. There are no adjustments whatsoever - neither increases nor decreases. Except if the respective municipality changes the [Hebesätze].

There are also no online calculation tools for the future property tax.

I'm curious to see what the form will look like, my grandma is so afraid of it that she wanted to sell her rental apartment, but I hope it won't be that complicated.
