No one says how you want it, only that sometimes it takes a bit of imagination to lay it.

And with own effort, there is significant saving potential. A buyer always first deducts the company price in his calculation for (necessary) renovations or adds it to the purchase price.

It was common for some speculators to buy old and sell (cheaply made) luxury.

I agree with you regarding the location. But the OP must know that, and we cannot judge.

The question was clearly asked and was answered.

oh dear.. if the rest looks like the bathroom...

would also first test which audience is attracted.

If it is an audience with foreign-sounding names who can do it themselves, then they will not pay a big surcharge.

But it could also be that the apartment is in Munich and you can just barge through the door.

It is about 50 km away from Munich. In 3 minutes you are on the highway to Munich. It is right next to Augsburg. So it is definitely worth it, otherwise I wouldn’t consider it. What still confuses me at the moment is that there is only one meter for cold water.

Now I have a rough idea, I will talk to the property management and check the issue with my plumber.

Yes, the rest looks similar to the toilet, that’s why a complete renovation...

How is the heating done? In the case of a [Etagenwohnung] or [Durchlauferhitzer], only cold water is normal. Hot water is then prepared in the apartment.

Heating is done via normal radiators. I have not seen a boiler or tankless water heater anywhere. I need to take a closer look at that. Regards Specki

and do you really think you can get so much more out of it?

the buyer might want to renovate according to their own ideas.

have apartments been sold in the apartment block in the past?
