Hello, Schwarzmeier you are deviating from the actual topic!!!!! I think Netzer could also defend himself quite well if he wanted to. Or do you have a halo? But when your arguments run out, you have to come up with something else. Why should I have gotten carried away. I still stand by my posts. Where else do the thousands of defect reports, lawsuits, and expert reports come from every year? Certainly not from properly executed work. Make some statements about the appearance of the facade, freezing out with moisture in winter, why the facade was painted again for free, dirt deposits in the crevices. For you, only the guidelines from your Bavarian beer table buddy count!!!!! Because you like smileys so much, I made you one more.
What all you read from the coffee grounds! I don’t have a halo, the arguments are on the table, I’m not aware of the thousands of defect reports, lawsuits, and expert reports from the trade press but would be grateful for references where that is stated. It would be nice, because of the expert report commissions. Dirt deposits in the structural depths of rough plaster are unavoidable and not a defect, the tiny film cracks are negligible compared to the plaster grooves in scale. If by "my Bavarian beer table buddy" you mean colleague Netzer, you are mistaken again. I have never had a beer with Netzer and Netzer is not responsible for the guidelines either. To my knowledge, there are no painter’s laws, not even in Bavaria! Your smileys keep getting cooler. Cheers Thommi!!!
