With the place of residence: Wendland and the construction site NI, it is hardly possible to make sense of anything. Maybe you change that or have it changed by the admin, because I started reading it with the thought that it is Wendland where you want to build. However, there are endless used houses there, and nobody wants to go there. That’s why it is cheap there. So: it is more interesting for the users WHERE you want to go than WHERE you come from. For the construction site, please specify the district.

I currently live there, and that's also the area in question, more precisely the town of Lüchow. Sure, many houses are used, but some are very outdated. No single-family house is more than 10 years old, and I don’t want to renovate. I lack the time and experience for that.

Probably the best thing will be to rent a terraced house and wait to see where life takes me. To use the time and save as much as possible. Whereas I would rather be afraid for my money with the mentioned funds, etc. I would prefer to save conservatively without risk.

After 99 years, the church would have had to declare repossession and compensate at market value if it did not want to extend. Unlikely, it would more likely have leased it anew; what does it want with the hut. The great thing about the model, however, is that if the conditions are right, a normal ground lease of 4000,- per year in 2018 would probably be a ridiculously small amount in 50 years.

Why not invest the money in the property already if the area/city is fixed anyway? Properties probably increase in value more than funds, at least that's how it seems to me.

But I'd still prefer to buy the entire plot, pay it off in 5 more years, and have peace and quiet for the next 99 years without any ground lease to worry about.

Buy now. When the A14 is finished, it will no longer be the [Allerwertesten der Welt] there.

They’re not that stupid with new contracts anymore
Unfortunately, this happens here more often. In predominantly Catholic federal states, it looks different than in SH.

You have the effect of the ridiculously small amount with other financing forms as well.
