Ah. It is only a shell construction house that is not finished yet. You have to say that too. There are still four months of self-work or another 50-100k for craftsmen to come.

Well, expansion in the sense that we still have to paint/plaster the walls and lay the floor. Otherwise, everything is included or am I missing something?

Thank you, that is something to work with. For example, you can look at the other offers on this property through the provider. Regarding the offer itself: you do not get more than what is being offered.

What officially “ready to equip” is missing or still needs to be done can be seen here. Additionally, it is stated here

The numbers do not correspond to the real costs. For 10,000, for example, you do not even get a simple reinforced concrete garage; even the exterior facilities, e.g. paving of the driveway etc., are much more expensive. Splash protection around the house, rainwater disposal, etc. are just examples that are still added on. Sellers often keep the prices low enough so that interested parties are not scared off. Otherwise, look into the construction service description to see what is still missing or what you get with the Evolution house.

Connection for the photovoltaic system is indeed planned, but according to the construction service description, the system is to be provided by you, if I see it correctly.

Filling, plastering, floor coverings, interior doors, sanitary facilities (i.e., installation, you have the objects according to the screenshot included) are definitely still open. This also means tiling the bathroom, etc. You have to decide how much time you want and can invest in this.

Here is a quote from Bien-Zenker:

P.S.: The handwritten additions to the extra items are ridiculously low.

"Just" the whole house
- filling and sanding
- painting or wallpapering
- installing all sanitary fixtures
- laying all floors
- installing interior doors
Get a painter or tiler. You have no idea how quickly 50k disappears.
Or what an effort the area represents for you.

Besides your future special requests and possibly missing items in the construction service description.

With us, the children's rooms really only started being used by the kids from the age of 3. Until then, they were more like storage rooms for children's stuff. They usually slept with us until they were 3 and mostly played everywhere you were. This was more pronounced with the first child than with the second child, who preferred sticking close to his brother. So you can start looking comfortably when the woman is pregnant. Then you still have at least two years until you "need" a nursery.
