That's a strange calculation you read up there... I believe BW is the high-price region par excellence, even surpassing Bavaria.

Apart from wondering in what world you live if oak parquet throughout the entire house does not represent luxury, with the demand and expectation of not lifting a finger yourself, the 3,000 EUR/m² just don't suffice this time.
In this context, one can also safely doubt the 35,000 EUR for the exterior facilities, especially if again 1m L-stones come into play here, which alone can cost 600, 700 EUR/m including necessary additional work... and those are the ugly light gray ones, a support wall or natural stone will be much more expensive...
For 35,000 EUR, you often can’t even commission a fence anywhere today that meets moderate aesthetic demands...

Give up the basement or some demands or do part of it yourself... otherwise it won’t work, not even with this budget. Not in Baden-Württemberg.

Oak parquet does not have to be a luxury. Depending on the type, it can even be cheaper than expensive vinyl.
Price per sqm for oak parquet from about 35€/sqm

Otherwise, since everything is outsourced and the framework data, the million will be tight

And who claimed that vinyl with a material price of >€40/m² is not a luxury? We are not talking about click vinyl from Obi, but about vinyl that is glued down with correspondingly elaborate subfloor preparation.

I just like to occasionally point out which standards are now being applied, where oak parquet throughout the entire house seems to be considered a slightly upscale standard...

In this context, I also cannot understand the low prices for the outdoor areas... pure luxury inside and outside it is the paving from the hardware store for €12.99/m²? I don’t believe it...

Well, are you getting mixed up again about who writes what?

Could also be upscale standard, but everyone defines that for themselves.

You can also make the outdoor area look nice with a small budget (as long as applicable). And yes, L stones are certainly not the most attractive solution, but fortunately you don't see them yourself when you're sitting in the garden ;D

From what I hear here, 950k will be very tight. It will probably go more towards 1 to 1.1 million ... phew.

Thanks to you all!

So if you have a million budget and don't treat yourself to a floor covering for just under 50€ per m², I don't know either. I think if I were you, I would go to a local contractor and ask for a turnkey price. They can tell you that pretty well except for certain uncertainties like earthworks. Off the top of my head, I would say it might be just enough, depending on how much effort you put in (comparing providers, comparing materials, maybe taking care of this or that yourself). How big is the plot?
