In newer houses, you really only find it very rarely here as well.

Ask how much the house with a saddle roof would cost. Then you'll know why mansard roofs have "somewhat" gone out of fashion. ;) In general, I find the floor plan fine and see fewer problems regarding crampedness. So if the money for this block is available, go for it. I would only consider whether the balconies are realistically used.

Yes, a small sink should definitely be included there.
Do we absolutely need it separately? No!
Is it practical? Absolutely!
In our current house, we happened to have it because it was already there. But we have come to really appreciate that a longer session for one person doesn’t block the bathroom for the other... and also that any odor nuisance in the bathroom is never an issue...

I can confirm that. I also had it in my condo.

It looks better in your house. You have enough alternatives for the long session.
If the separated toilet is a must, it can certainly be done better. I don't like it that way.

I also really like the floor plan, would definitely include a cleaning service in the monthly expenses, then it’s even more fun ;)

Certainly not, but after you overlooked the first hint, I wanted to clarify that once more. Not that an unsuspecting reader might believe that afterwards ... ;)

For a proper evaluation, I am missing the dimensions. I only see windows and exterior walls dimensioned; the measurements of the individual rooms are not present.

[*]Stairs+Hallway+Corridor are about 50 m² in the entire house

[*]Floor plan is basically good (compared to what else is usually presented here)

But as I said, dimensions are missing...
