That is not true. The basic principle "Lego with lost formwork" works. It has advantages and disadvantages, like other systems do.

I and others have specified in this and other threads.

Their overlap with forum members is probably close to zero. You will find plenty of people experienced with formwork stones here, but for retaining garden fence bases. The typical formwork stone homeowner buys a kit and couldn’t care less about parapet heights, kitchen furnishings, or brick jointing. They neither read nor write here.

The field of construction has fascinated me for forty years; I worked a lot on conversions and remodels as a conscientious objector, and a few years ago I ran a window manufacturer. I give advice system-neutrally except that I am a confessed insulation skeptic.

1, I will post this and will surely become unpopular.

For the draft, one can only say: Holla die Waldfee !!!!

Neither shuttering blocks, self-construction nor Eastern European construction workers will work here.

In this draft, there are only reinforced concrete ceilings, Steuerberater.-lower and upper beams, and above all load-bearing reinforced concrete wall panels with large openings and here and there Steuerberater.-columns. The rest is in KS or load-bearing brickwork (Poroton o.g.).

One can only hope to find a good structural engineer who implements this.

A separate thread with a completed questionnaire should be created for the floor plan.

Just looked at the plans. That seems like an overly ambitious project for a first-time builder. How about a shell construction in a timber frame method and the interior finishing mostly as own work?

Yes, quite demanding, with two left hands one would get in over their head

A few fewer corners, offsets, and the like, and the house would be (without becoming monotonous) much cheaper than the average DIYer works hard on with their own effort.

What does the building inquiry say about the harmony between the design and the development plan?

Shuttering blocks will work here—provided the planner designs within their system grid—for the basement (by the way, it seems to me a house connection room is missing). I see potential for own effort further up in the interior walls (drywall, gypsum boards, etc.), but again, nothing quite without practice.

I like the views from the house.

The [Einliegerwohnung] is supposed to be for the parents of the OP. Is it so forward-thinking to place the apartment on the upper floor?

Large plot
Garages under the house, resulting in endless stairs, no living rooms facing the garden, I find that a pity.
