At least the description makes it possible to analyze the chain of thinking errors. I’ll save detailed floor plan criticism for now, only as a PDF would this reach many fellow readers here. What is clearly recognizable: this will be an architect’s house. High demands must be placed on the implementers, including their cultural familiarity. Take a look at what kind of architectural taste prevails in the home countries of your preferred construction workers: I predict many unfamiliar detail connections = critical points in your house. Don’t be fooled by the special stones for 45° walls etc.: the do-it-yourself systems target people who, because of a third child, have to translate their budget for a 9x9 m one-and-a-half-story witch’s cottage to 9x11 m, and then dad has to do the masonry himself. Your house design is definitely too atypical for such systems. You might achieve the desired stiffening wall with such systems, but not much more. The problem with formwork stone systems is that while you can easily build shell structures as a layperson, then the skilled trades have to core drill where they would otherwise use lighter equipment to chase grooves. That won’t make anyone happy. Maybe you should consider hiring a general contractor from Central Europe right away (Eastern Europe is not geographically correct here; the term is just a habit from times when that was politically “East”). You should then have them adapt the design so that details and routines match. I can gladly put you in touch.Hope my thought process was clear enough for now...
