But horizontal directional drilling methods work excellently, at least in 2021.
Nevertheless, I have never heard of such a project.
There are certainly possibilities.
But then we are probably talking about the end of six-figures, beginning of seven-figures.
Is the building that valuable?

That seems to me the most helpful question so far. What speaks against demolition and new construction with all the desired basements? That could easily become cheaper, especially since a building from the 60s still sounds like it might require additional renovation and thus even more costs.

After all the answers, it will probably come down to building the basement around the house into the garden. Then put earth over it and replant.

In London there are now probably a few thousand "iceberg houses." London Notting Hill basement spits out quite a lot ;-)

I’m just saying, if the land costs 15-20k per m2, you should definitely consider that.
Although I would then build completely new.
