After a few months and multiple requests, a phone call (with his construction manager, architect...) he dismantled his wall and rebuilt it. A few points are still notable: - in the building plan, the wall was about 1m away from the building boundary - he installed his sewage pipe on another neighbor’s property (the architect was to blame again???) - he made his garage (directly on the border of the other neighbor) into a roof terrace. The building plan only showed a small balcony above the garage
