There are also agreements that the company contacts the towed person directly if this happens more often. However, in my opinion, the standard is that the one who orders first pays.

Did your name and address appear on the invoice from the towing company? I only know it this way: the person who calls the towing service also receives the invoice. You can then pass it on. If the towed person refuses to pay, you have to sue.

We also spoke with the police back then (you first call them if you come and your car is gone) and they told us, yes, he does that often. The car is then parked in a locked area and you can only get it back if you pay the bill.

It stands and falls with the sign "Privatparkplatz, unberechtigte Fahrzeuge werden kostenpflichtig entfernt" - then you have no chance anymore. Of course, you must be informed beforehand that this is a private parking lot and costs will be incurred if your unlawfully parked vehicle is removed from there.

I think it makes a difference whether the property owner privately orders the towing service or "Dein Freund und Helfer". If you park incorrectly on public property, you regularly get the bill sent directly to your home.

After a few months and multiple requests, a phone call (with his construction manager, architect...) he dismantled his wall and rebuilt it. Furthermore, I even asked the building inspector to speak with my neighbor/his construction manager. The reason for this is that the wall was also built too high. After he dismantled the old wall, he spoke with me. He wants me to build the new wall. I naturally declined. I once mentioned to him that he is also responsible for the dimpled membrane. To improve the neighborhood, I bought the dimpled membrane and installed it together with him. A few points are still notable: - in the building plan, the wall was about 1m away from the building boundary - he installed his sewage pipe on another neighbor’s property (the architect was to blame again???) - he made his garage (directly on the border of the other neighbor) into a roof terrace. The building plan only showed a small balcony above the garage
