I was annoyed that he is not interested at all. Here on the forum someone has already been worried because it might exceed 2cm. For my neighbor, it is 65cm. Everyone is really different.

This is not a tip from me, but if boundary stones are dug up, the district office must send out a surveyor. Of course, someone has to report that and dig them up beforehand as well.

Every person is different. Maybe your neighbor is a department head with 69 employees and is not used to contradiction but acts. Or a teacher who thinks he is right. Go to the lawyer. Everything else is shooting with sparrows.

If it is clear that the boundary runs like that and he has massively violated it, I would have reacted strongly much earlier. You have pointed it out to him several times and he was not interested. His site manager is also not the contact person but he is. Contact the building authority directly! Possibly consider Zabas' tip. I would no longer write to your neighbor. That is not your task and he will only react if he officially receives something from the authority. Please keep me informed.

You simply have to set boundaries for such people. If he always gets away with it, there will always be something new.

This only applies in very few exceptional cases. Boundary disputes are a private matter. The surveyor only comes into play when the parties do not agree on the location of the boundary points. And someone has to pay him then. Yes, that's correct, but don't get your hopes up too much. The authority has nothing to do with the boundary violation, and I have already commented on the possibilities regarding violations of the development plan in #8. At the moment, it is very important to establish the facts, collect evidence for a timely objection, and document it in a legally binding manner. If the WhatsApp chat is lost due to a new phone, that could be annoying in a possible upcoming trial.
