could you post a picture of your staircase
what is the ratio of riser to tread in your case?

Yes, gladly. I just see that it is even 4.05m long.
In any case, it is easy to walk. 16 steps with an 18.2cm height difference and a 27cm tread.
Here is the floor plan and the section:

And here still "real":

The sliding door running in the wall is, for example, also a cost factor that, according to your description, basically does not come into play. Because the door will usually be closed. One should consider whether to install it at all. Because 200 cm width is not suitable to extend a table with chairs into the living area.

By the way, we cannot sense that the suggested furnishings do not correspond at all to your wishes. I consider this a mistake; one should definitely furnish floor plans according to one’s wishes. Then you can also see where the problems are.

And yes, the staircase should URGENTLY be checked. Jochen’s example is much better in this regard.

For example, I am also missing a proper coat storage option in the hallway, or how is that intended?

Thank you for your contributions, but you don’t have to be able to smell anything, just read. Because I have already mentioned several times that the furnishing may be ignored!!! This is from the architect. And I have also already mentioned and answered the issue with the wardrobe!! Something is being specially made for under the stairs.

Yes, over the course of the thread you did that gradually. But we don't know these thoughts and can only start from what we see at the beginning. Sure, step by step you can then think further with the additional information. But it's tedious because it's scattered all over the place.

I can only recommend that you revise the floor plans and furnish them as you want to do later. Because I think there are still a few catch points.

Why not? For me it's completely clear. Let's take a fictional large table. 1m wide x 4m long. The length doesn't matter. If the door is 2m and the table 1m wide. The table fits. Your thought will be the chair or chairs on both sides. Usually, you don't sit chair to chair without a gap. If you sit directly in front of the door and also on both sides, it will be tight. Correct. But that won't be the rule. You basically sit right next to it.
