Yes, there is, but it costs money and the boxes for media conversion have to go somewhere.
I also don’t understand at all what is supposed to be bad about an in-wall cable duct. You can’t see it, it’s cheap and flexible. I would prefer that to installing sockets, even if that initially seems cleaner, to save the plug connection.
By the way, you only run exactly one HDMI cable to the TV, namely from the AVR. Then power and possibly network (better a separate player for that connected to the AVR) and that’s it.
